Case Study:
When admiring other photographer's work there are few that have such a profound effect on me as Douglas Kirkland's Marilyn Munro series. I worked with a model named Ezmay who had great features and similarities to Marilyn. It was a lot of fun to plan and re-create this shot that was made over 20 years ago.

An additional bonus to this was that I was lucky enough to have met Mr. Kirkland after I had shot this and showed him the photo which he enjoyed very much.
